Kerry also co-founded FlipGloss Media, which was acquired by Forbes Media. FlipGloss is a photo distribution platform enabling publishers and advertisers to embed interactive, magazine-style photo packages across the web. Kerry was also Head of Global Media Products for Yahoo! Music, and began his Internet career at music startup LAUNCH.com which was acquired by Yahoo!.

Sim Blaustein is a Principal at BDMI, where he focuses on eCommerce, social discovery and seed-stage investments.  Before joining BDMI he co-founded High Line Venture Partners, a seed-stage fund that led many successful investments including Pinterest, Makerbot, LollyWollyDoodle and Refinery29.  Prior to High Line, he was a Senior Director of Strategy and M&A at IAC, where he focused on the local and gaming sectors.  Sim began his career in VC at Gabriel Venture Partners in Silicon Valley, after several years in telecom startups.  He holds an MBA from MIT Sloan, a Bachelor of Engineering from Cooper Union, and is a graduate of Stuyvesant High School.
