Emily Wengert (VP, User Experience) leads multi-track engagements for Huge’s clients while helping to manage the agency’s user experience team in the Brooklyn office. Her emphasis on UX strategy pairs her with clients looking for genuine innovation and impeccable execution. Since joining Huge, Emily has successfully collaborated with and led projects for some of Huge’s largest clients, including Google, Gucci, Target, CNN and Reuters.
With a particular focus on the intersection of physical and digital, Emily specializes in digital engagement in commerce, restaurants and other social spaces. For her work she has received an OMMA Award and been honored at the Webby Awards. She has also spoken at South by Southwest, IA Summit, IxDA NY and RE:Design conference and taught classes about responsive design at General Assembly. Prior to Huge, Emily was Lead Creative at Digitas, where she oversaw interaction design for the American Express philanthropic marketing effort Members Project, which generated some of the highest brand impressions of any Amex site. She was previously a freelance journalist, writing about education and healthcare for clients such as AOL and Philadelphia’s Home & Garden. Emily received a BA in English from the College of William and Mary.
