/// The Importance of Business Writing Skills
Not every professional has stellar business writing skills. According to Liz Ryan’s LinkedIn Post, many people need to work on their ability to write in the workplace.
Even if you’re great with grammar and spelling, you’re not necessarily out of the woods yet. You also need to have the right voice and tone for every project. This should change depending on your audience. In addition, your purpose, also referred to as your intent, is important: “For your writing to have power there must be intent behind it. Whether you’re writing to your boss or composing an article for your client newsletter, you have to anticipate your audience’s likely reaction to your message.”
