Now that most popular social networks have been around for years, you will start to see a pattern when it comes to the ways in which they change. Justin Smith’s post on LinkedIn offers a few examples of what to expect.

You might have heard that many people now gravitate toward smaller social networks, which means the larger ones will either lose users or change to accommodate the wishes of most people. So don’t be surprised if more people than ever join groups on Facebook, for example, and stop paying so much attention to the news feed. In addition, developers will likely start creating apps based on the interests of each user.
