Nadya believes that the way ahead is to keep your eyes firmly on the future hence why she has been at the cutting edge of creative technology for 15 years.  At Grey Interactive she launched one of the first WAP sites, a multi-layered game for Cartoon Network, launched the first UK video banner for Oracle and won multiple awards for her work with Fairy Non Bio and Disney on the emergent Interactive TV platform.

In 2004 she joined Dare and whilst there was the Board Representative for Barclays, Barclaycard and Vodafone.  During this time she launched Waterslide Extreme the first good branded iphone app which achieved 27m downloads.  In 2012 she took over the Social team and grew this to 25% of Dare’s revenue and developed their Innovation Portofolio as Chief Innovation Officer.  Nadya is now MD of www.MRY.com in London and looks forward to continuing to use emerging technology and social tools to drive mutually beneficial relationships between brands and consumers.

In her spare time Nadya is co-founder of Innovation Social, little sister to Creative Social.  @InnovationSoc is an affiliation of Innovation Directors and Strategists across London.  It seeks to “Equip the communications industry to create and demand products and services worth marketing in the first place.”. She is also proud mum to two little girls and in between avidly checking Twitter enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
