Looks like Carl Icahn isn’t the only billionaire investor to jump into Apple recently: Leon Cooperman has as well. The Omega Advisors proprietor told CNBC today that he has taken a “modest” stake in Apple , which he — like Icahn — believes to be undervalued. Cooperman said he bought in earlier this year when Apple’s shares slipped to the low $400′s.
