Behavio , developer of an Android platform that uses smartphones to gather behavioral data , is closing up shop and sending its engineering talent to Google . In a message posted to its blog Friday, Behavio said it is winding down operations as a standalone entity, as its team heads over to Google to “work on exciting things.” Google confirmed the move, but noted that this was neither acquisition nor acqui-hire.
