Issues with Apple’s online services prevented some customers on Tuesday from making use of iMessage and FaceTime. In a post on its system status page , Apple noted that some customers “are unable to place FaceTime calls” or use iMessage. Apple shows the issues as having begun shortly after noon PT and still ongoing as of 4:45 pm PT. An Apple representative was not immediately available for comment.
