Intel Corp. on Monday disclosed details of a new recipe for making chips for mobile devices, a key element of the technology giant’s high-stakes campaign to improve its lagging position in that fast-growing market. The Silicon Valley company last year broke new ground by introducing three-dimensional transistor structures into its chips, a sharp departure from past designs to boost computing speed and reduce power consumption.
