Jay Mandel is a digital change agent at MasterCard. He works to create digital strategies and leads end-to-end management of global B2B digital
platforms/campaigns to improve business productivity, drive sales, and increase brand perception. Current projects include a global asset management
platform, marketing/sales alignment using Salesforce.com with web-to lead, social media newsroom/ blog, and global Insights platform/blog. Jay is also the digital lead for 2011/12 Advancing Commerce B2B digital advertising/lead generation campaign.

In addition to his expertise in digital marketing, throughout Jay’s career he has had varying experience across public relations,
internal communications, and branding.

Jay received his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship & Emerging Enterprises, and Information Studies from the Whitman School
of Management at Syracuse University in 2000. In 2005, Mandel received a Master’s degree from Columbia University in Strategic
Communications.
